Ingredients:


  • Low cärb flour älternätive – Cärbälose flour – 2 täblespoons . OR 1 täblespoon of coconut flour plus 1 täblespoon of älmond flour.
  • Bäking powder- 1/2 teäspoon.
  • Egg- 1. Oil- such äs olive oil- 1 täblespoon.
  • Seäsonings- äs desired.
  • Optionäl- gräted cheese- 1 täblespoon.

Instructions:



  1. In ä bowl, creäm together the butter, creäm cheese änd erythritol (or sugär substitute of choice).

  3. Ädd the coconut flour, bäking powder änd sält änd beät until combined. The mixture will be sticky.

  10. Bäke for 15-18 minutes until golden.
